What the fee is, and is not
The fee secures the time, nothing more. It is separate from anything you might buy, and you are under no obligation to buy anything. Your appointment is private and one-to-one, around ninety minutes.
Changing or cancelling
Cancellations and rescheduling cannot be done online, so please phone us on 01206 577756. If you reschedule by phone, your fee carries over to the new date, unless you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment. Because the fee is non-refundable, it is worth ringing as early as you can if your plans change.
