These terms apply to our website and to booking an appointment at Weddings by Design (EA) Ltd trading as Serenity Brides (“we”, “us”, “our”), 16 Short Wyre Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1LN.
They do not cover the purchase of a gown or other goods. Dress sales, deposits, designer lead times, alterations and faulty goods are agreed on a signed in-boutique order form — a separate contract.
You can book a private appointment on our booking page, or by calling 01206 577756. Online scheduling is provided by BridalLive on our behalf.
Appointments are subject to availability. We may contact you to confirm details or to rearrange if we cannot honour the slot.
Some appointments require a booking fee to secure your slot. This fee is non-refundable. The booking fee is not a charge for the appointment itself; it simply reserves your place.
To cancel or rearrange, please telephone us on 01206 577756 — cancellations cannot be made online.
Please arrive on time so we can keep your appointment private and unhurried. If you are running late, call us. Guests are welcome; if your party is larger than usual, tell us when you book so we can plan the room.
