At Serenity Brides, we are honoured to be a part of your special day. Because of the delicate and customised nature of bridal wear, our return and exchange options are strictly limited to ensure the highest quality for all our brides.
Please be aware that all bridal and bridesmaid dresses are ordered in standard sizes based on our designers’ charts. Because of this, dresses are very likely to require seamstress alterations to ensure a perfect fit.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, store credit, or buyer’s remorse for any items, unless a manufacturing defect is identified prior to the dress leaving our boutique.
We do not accept exchanges on any of our products. Please ensure you have consulted with our bridal consultants regarding style and sizing prior to placing your order.
To guarantee the highest level of quality, we only conduct in-person handovers for our dresses. We do not ship dresses directly to customers.
When your dress arrives, we will schedule a handover appointment with you. During this appointment, we will carefully examine the product together with the bride to ensure that it is completely fault-free.
If a genuine manufacturing defect is found during this joint inspection, we will take immediate responsibility and arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced.
Once the dress has been inspected, accepted, and leaves the boutique, we can no longer accept returns or claims for faults, damage, or wear and tear.
Once the dress leaves our boutique, its care is entirely in your hands. Please note that the general handling and storage of the dress, as well as the handling required during your seamstress alterations, will likely cause creasing. Because of this, the dress will likely require resteaming before your wedding day. This final resteaming and preparation is the sole responsibility of the bride.
