Alfred Angelo’s Disney Fairytale dresses, launched a special, limited edition gown exactly the same as the dress worn by Cinderella for her wedding in the recent blockbuster film ‘ Cinderella’
To Celebrate its arrival, our very own Cinderella assisted by Holly Parker ( who was the girl Cinderella in the film) was dressed in this beautiful gown and left The Odeon Cinema in her glass coach to wow the little Princesses of the town. There were many squeals of delight as they left the Cinema and the next stop was our beautiful Town Hall, which is a gorgeous wedding venue.
There was an appearance on the balcony which thrilled the crowds below and it was then onwards for a trip around the town with the final destination being Serenity Brides shop. There, both Cinderella’s posed with the children for pictures and signed autographs.
Prior to the event, Benefit Cosmetics, made the girls up and Blowers Hair & Beauty did their hair. They looked just like the princesses they were!
The whole event was photographed by Storm Photography Essex and there will be a beautiful film of the day by Inverve, in due course. Build a Bear donated a Cinderella Bear as a prize and Ju Jus Cakes donated some lovely cakes and, in all, the event raised over £150 for the NSPCC!
As the photographs will show, it truly was a magical day. Lots of little girls met or saw Cinderella and money was raised for a good cause.
